1. The Best BBQ Chicken

With this simple recipe, start by drizzling the chicken breasts with olive oil and ground black pepper. Arrange the breasts on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes with the lid closed. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Baste with your favorite barbecue sauce and flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes on each side.

 

2. BBQ Chicken Skewers

Chicken skewers put a spin on ordinary chicken. You can use either traditional breasts or thighs. Soak the skewers for 30 minutes and season the chicken with BBQ chicken seasoning. After soaking, skewer the chicken and vegetables of your choice (peppers, onion, mushrooms, etc.), then cook them on the grill for 10-15 minutes.

 

3. Pineapple Barbecue Chicken

Start with your marinade - barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and Sriracha - and let the chicken sit for 30 minutes. Remove the chicken from the marinade and toss on the grill, cooking 4-5 minutes on each side. Do the same with the fresh pineapple slices. Boil the excess marinade and drizzle it on the chicken and pineapple when finished grilling. Delish!

 

4. Two-Ingredient Crispy BBQ Chicken

Don’t let the weather cancel your plans - you can still make juicy, tender BBQ chicken in the oven! Pick your chicken - we recommend bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts or thighs and legs. Coat the chicken on all sides with olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes, coat with barbecue sauce and bake another 7 minutes. You’ll do this several times and then broil the chicken for 3-5 minutes.

 

5. Grill Master Chicken Wings

We’ve covered chicken breast and thigh recipes, so here’s one for wings! Marinade the wings for 4 hours using soy sauce and Italian seasoning. When ready to cook, melt butter, soy sauce and hot pepper sauce in a saucepan and reserve. Cook the wings on the grill, turning occasionally, for 25-30 minutes. Pour butter sauce over the wings and serve. Bon appetit!
