Grilled chicken is a healthy meal option packed with protein. It’s even healthier if you remove the skin before cooking or eating it. Some home chefs worry that grilled chicken won’t be as juicy as fried chicken, but with the right recipes, it’s just as flavorful.

To help you out, we’ve shared five of our favorite grilled chicken recipes that are high in flavor and low in fat and calories.
